DBazaar Shipping Policy
At DBazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Shipping Scope & Restrictions
At this time, we provide shipping services within Grey, Bruce and Huron county in Ontario, Canada.
- Excluded Items: Please note that we do not currently ship frozen goods or fresh vegetables.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order contains special or heavy items or has any shipping restrictions, we will contact you directly to make arrangements.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is delivered within 3 to 5 business days for 8$ after an order is placed and payment has been confirmed. For orders above 49$ shipping charges are waived. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped upon placing the order. Please wait for a 2nd Email confirming your order is in transit.
For special items, our delivery driver will send an email when they are on their way. Your items will be left in front of the door, if no specific instructions have been provided.
Local Pickup: Orders placed before 12 PM are available for same-day pickup at our Owensound location.
All items displayed in our website are also available on display in store. You can also select an In-store pickup option, to pick up your order at our store located at 1210 3rd Avenue East, Owensound, N4K 2L5. You will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped upon placing the order. Please wait for a 2nd Email confirming your order is ready for pickup.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please email us for any additional information for tracking.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dbazaar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Dbazaar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
